I have started listening to random American city council meetings lately for white noise. Since they’re all bureaucratic-flavored boredom anyway.

    Ugh, not for me, thanks. White noise starts to creep me out after a bit. Probably from listening to too many Numbers Stations over the years. That shit is creepy af.
