Microsoft acknowledged it pays its white employees less on average than other racial and ethnic groups, possibly in violation of the Civil Rights Act.

The report does show minorities are paid more. Page 28.

It’s insignificant through. Since many things go into pay such as skill, experience, etc, I don’t see anything concerning.
