    I don’t feel like the meat industry is doing itself a favor with that. Vegetarianism and veganism are growing already. They will lose even more customers, if the image continues to be bad. And an EU-wide law could have helped that image somewhat. You certainly can’t hope for individual companies in the industry to stop maximizing profits, especially when there is no way to advertise with that.

      Especially considering how Japan has already invented the solution, just wagyuify beef production

      Eliminate factory farming in favor of selling true beef as a luxury product to preserve revenue despite downscaling as substitutes begin to undercut them in the general market
