The wiki article only lists “nones” at 23% (in 2014), which would be 2 judges. If you look at the link from pew research above the nones include 7% of a group called “nothing in particular (religion important)”, so I only counted atheist, agnostic, or “nothing in particular (religion not important)”.
Nope. At least 3 of the judges should be (open) atheists if Americans were to have proper representation.
