They could have just moved to a nearby Muslim nation, or immigrated to Europe or the United States. There is nothing stopping Palestoids from doing that. Perhaps maybe the people getting killed are terrorists?

Israel is the largest state-level terrorist on the planet, operating a fascist apartheid regime which regularly murders Palestinian women and children. The Palestinian people do not have citizenship, they are kept in an open-air prison, they cannot leave, they do not have passports, they cannot bring in building materials, their electricity is always rationed to a few hours a day (Israel destroyed their power plant, along with every other bit of infrastructure, a war crime), they do not get medical supplies, they cannot fish for sustenance, they lands are stolen.
