I know they’re working on it, but it’s not quite there They have lots of awesome extra features though like built in pyupgrade, formatting etc Imo once they get into stable territory it will be the one stop shop for Python linting
minus-squarebamboolinkfedilinkarrow-up2·1 year agoThey’ve made a lot of progress on pylint: https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff/issues/970 I think one of the main issues is that ruff doesn’t really handle types yet. They’re getting there and once they have reasonably good type inference I suspect the list will be quickly checked off.
