Super Lemon Haze is my #1, too. When I first started smoking, I thought I’d never be able to tell strains apart, but that always hits just right for me.
Sativas, mostly from the Chemdog/Haze/Durban families. Favorites: NYC Sour Diesel, GG4, 3 Kings, Trainwreck, Headband, you get the drift. Mind-obliterating, ego-dissolving sativas that keep me active and busy are where it’s at. No couchlock for this cowboy!
Sativas are so amazing I love sour diesel, I know the flavor sounds weird (dirty diaper, chemicals/fuel, somewhat juicyfruit-gum) but it’s so heady and energetic.
Have you ever tried the extrem indicas like Hashplant or Afghan #1? (I am not a big fan myself but think the flavor is phenomenal, almost like good hash).
I know what you mean: that gassy, diesely fuel-flavor is something I look for. I was introduced to “kind bud” when I was in my mid-teens (some 30 years ago lol) and that smell and flavor profile stuck with me. Never smelled dirty diapers (lol) but I like bud that reeks like that new carpet smell.
I don’t touch indicas (the closest I get is hybrids that are sativa-dominant). They tend not to have the kick I’m looking for and just end up making me tired.
I hear you some of them feel as if you are smoking opiates/sleeping pills 😧

It’s harder to get consistent strains now than before, but my faves were always Blue Dream and Super Silver Haze

Durban poison.
The last thing a friend said to me, ever, was that I should check out durban poison because “it’s great for people with ADHD”.
I don’t know if it’s placebo or not, but I do feel like I can get shit done and engage with life when my daily smoke is DP.
That friend was Christian Glass. He was murdered by the police last year. We didn’t know where he was, thought he had just spaced out and ghosted us. We found out in September last year that he had been killed in June.
Fucking horrible. Sorry guys not much point but the question got me remembering.

Durban Poison is high in THCv which is a cannabinoid that acts like a stimulant, and it does effect people with ADHD similarly.
Today, hemp farmers are growing THCv and CBDv dominant strains, such as Forbidden V, Eraser V and fruit sourz.
Just started so the only one i have had so far is Watermelon Zkittlez. Its actually pretty good and indica dominate which is what i wanted.

One of my favs is one of the “OG” award winners I’ve grown and it’s been discontinued, but I think resellers still have it. Skywalker by Dutch Passion.

What was the skywalker OG like?
Skywalker OG is the replacement, it’s the original Skywalker. Don’t know how to word it haha.
It’s fruity, gets some nice purple on leaves and is really robust, I’ve had other strains herm from the conditions it can take. Gives a bit more of a creative high I found, but that’s harvest window too.
I’m a huge fan of Blue Dreams. I head the local market got flooded and people got tired of it but I never did. It’s great for relaxing or having a long conversation.
Sour diesel in the streets, og kush in the sheets.
One of the farms around here did this “legend sour diesel” once about five, maybe six years back and it lived up to its name. I still think about it sometimes.
