I partly agree with you. Mostly on that on matters of this that they had a plan, and wasn’t just wonton aggression against education. That is, their only plan was for the results, not the methodology.
Simple solution - just drop the requirement for having a teaching certification. Outsource teaching to a republican-owned corporation that holds a teaching license instead, while they rent out teachers at $10 an hour.

Turns out you can’t just fire everyone in the country who does a given job without consequences, particularly with a job that is high stress.
