It’s just a reboot of an older conspiracy theory (Agenda 21). Every decade or so a new flavor of “what the fuck is urban planning oh my god they’re commies trying to shove us into boxes” evolves and takes off.
I had to talk down a hippie that I work with about this. It’s so fucking weird that people think the government is just openly proposing putting the entire population in camps for no reason, but yknow, real actual existing oppression is totally ignored.
Well sure but the hypothetical oppression would affect them! And all those people currently experiencing actual existing oppression deserve it, actually.
