    Everybody is hating on his historical inaccuracies or whatever, but I just love the conservatives whinging that it’s just “another sign of Hollywood being against the West” it’s hilarious and makes me actually want to watch the movie.

      Kingdom of Heaven (Director’s Cut) is one of the most beautifully shot movies out there. Jerusalem genuinely felt like a real city, something you don’t often see in a historical/fantasy movies. And despite its historical inaccuracies, it manages to tell a good, even if a bit of a lib, story, especially with what’s going on in Israel and Palestine these days.
