    Measure 114, which passed by a slim margin, would require anyone who wants to purchase a firearm to take a safety course and pass a test >to receive a permit to make the purchase. I do not have an issue with this. If it’s the test you take for your CCW, you can take it as many times as you want and it’s an easy test. I do not think this is overly burdensome.

    It also requires a completed background check for purchases I feel like this isn’t explaining it well. You have to do a background check before you buy a firearm. Not sure what this changed.

    and bans magazines holding over 10 rounds of ammunition.

    I agree this is overly restrictive and against the intent of the 2nd amendment.

    Ok now I see why one was rejected. It is overly burdensome.
