    Depending on the draw for which of Ukraine, Iceland and Finland ends up in the League A playoffs, it’s not out of the question that Group J could be sending everyone except Liechtenstein:

    • Portugal = Group winners
    • Slovakia = Group 2nd place
    • Luxembourg = League C playoffs (Georgia SF, Greece/Kazakhstan F)
    • Iceland = League A playoffs (Wales SF, Poland/Estonia F)
    • Bosnia = League B playoffs (Finland SF, Israel/,Ukraine F)
