Slovakia = Group 2nd place
Luxembourg = League C playoffs (Georgia SF, Greece/Kazakhstan F)
Iceland = League A playoffs (Wales SF, Poland/Estonia F)
Bosnia = League B playoffs (Finland SF, Israel/,Ukraine F)
