One of the kids has accidentally snapped this cable bringing the WiFi down.

Could somebody tell me:

  1. What this cable is
  2. Who do I get to fix it? An electrician or is this beyond that?

    Just because nobody’s asked – how does one accidentally snap a cable in an enclosed box like that?
