      Yes, it’s static. I’m not sure how animated GIF’s do as lead images on Lemmy, and haven’t tried them yet.

      For some reason this image lost a lot of color going from WEBP to JPG, so I had to use a GIF, which unfortunately added some artifacts in the red areas. I blame Imgur for not accepting WEBP’s.
