A genius theoretical physicist from China who doesn’t speak english can’t be a mcdonalds or walmart cashier. A distinguished human rights lawyer who got old and developed arthritis can’t be a warehouse worker. Those jobs are skilled.
Being able to speak and walk are not skills, they are just not disabilities. You don’t put “speaks english and can walk a mile” on your resume. You are arguing that not being on a blacklist means you must be on a whitelist and that is just not how it works.
