If you dislike smart features this much then just buy a monitor and some speakers. They don’t have any of the smart stuff but come with modern display technology.
Another alternative is to buy an enterprise/business display. It’s still a TV but usually with most of the smart components stripped away and increased durability.
Not a tech guy, and I love it.
It’s the equivalent of buying rain gear at a work clothes store and not getting overpriced ‘camping’ gear.
