Heard that for the first time this year. Gross on his part.

Heard the “Fast Car” remake this year too. The guy didn’t change how he’s working “as a checkout girl”, which was spectacular.

Being a woman is not shameful. Being a hypothetical woman’s mouthpiece is not shameful. Get it together Michael.

The first time that I heard him sing that song was at his concert that I was dragged to by my ex-girlfriend. I don’t even like country but man he seems like such a great guy and has a good voice. Anyway, I think that changing lyrics that someone else wrote to fit an idea is pretty lame and is a stain on the original writer. Just sing the damn song dude. Who knows maybe it wasn’t even his idea but it’s still dumb

        Hurt covered by Johnny Cash.

I do prefer Reznor’s version still, personally, but I’m a huge fan of NIN. Regardless, Cash’s changes were perfectly fine and definitely make it more radio friendly too.

It depends on my mood, but most of the time I prefer Reznor’s as well.

I think there are some situations where it works is all.

Is there an explanation for this? It flew quite far above my head

If you go back a few comics he decided to get revenge on winter killing his parents, which did not go as planned. (Winter is an allegorical spirit in Oglaf). Now he’s having adventures in allegory.

So it’s The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway with more sex and less progressive rock.
