    And it gets ruined. Stand your ground. What you aren’t going to be able to buy a house anyway and you can buy cars in cash. They don’t have the resources to take you to court.

      Buy cars with cash? Having 20k in cash to drop on a car isn’t something your average student loan holder is going to experience.

      And the loan services most certainly have the resources to take you to court. They will garnish your wages. Seize your tax refunds. These are boiler plate actions for these guys.

      Do you even have student loan debt?

        Don’t buy a new car with cash buy a used one. And no most of the student loan services people can’t afford to actually go to court. They know it is a pointless threat. Could easily cost them a gramd or more for a court battle.

          20k doesn’t get you a new car.

          That grand it costs them is added to your balance.

          You clearly do not carry any student debt.

          Your advice is no more useful than someone suggesting those who have student loans consume less avocado toast.
