The layout of the bridge always got me. It’s clearly centered on the screen, so the Captain has a good view and it’s used for communications …. So why are the stations laid out so people cross back and forth in front of the Captain, blocking his view, blocking Communications?
I don’t know how real bridges are layed out but assume it’s more centered on the stations, rather than the screen, so you want people working in front of the Captain, and there is no big screen communications
