The bar for “invasion” must be really low. A bunch of people trying to gain entrance into the country wouldn’t constitute an invasion, imho. If they were hostile as a group and directed by a foreign power, then sure. But fleeing American sanctioned right-wing governments and undeclared climate emergencies is a legitimate reason to look for residence in another country en masse.

But whatever. Break the nation over political posturing during election season.
