I appreciate the central salami piece, ensuring the first bite is as good as it can be!

Looks like green peppers a bit of chopped red onion, and I wanna say some salami from the looks of it?

This is definitely the real mouthwatering shit you’ve got here, hope it tasted as good as it looks!

So, homemade dough, made with imported Italian pizza flour. I used a simple tomato sauce with salt and oregano. I par-baked the crusts, so assembly could be less rushed. Once par-baked, I coated the crust with ghee, and sprinkled smoky garlic salt on the crust. I added the remaining sauce, a layer of pecarino Romano for some extra funk, then lots of mozzarella, jalapenos, red onions, and pepperoni before finishing it in the oven. Once out, I drizzled on hot honey, chili flakes, oregano, and parmesan

Work on your lighting. Light is everything for food pictures. And if you add a foggy vignette effect it becomes even better. Colour-wise, if you improve the light it’ll help a lot, but a pinch of extra saturation wouldn’t hurt either.

P.S. if you do improve your lighting, prioritise warmer colours for most foods.

It does look fantastic!! Didn’t mean to say that it didn’t, but someone posted a comment with another pizza photo and I couldn’t help but compare.

Sadly, I didn’t get a picture. But the crust was what I was most happy with. It was crunchy, yet soft and chewy. The bottom was substantial enough to hold a whole slice by the crust alone, but it was pliable enough that the tip of the slice would droop while you held it
