Seriously, last place I worked was the worst job I’ve ever had and we tried to start a union but never heard back from the organizers. Also heard they fired an entire store of people in my state, I assume for trying to organize.
You don’t need to wait for them to get political power, start organizing a union and get that toxic shit out of your workplace now
Much easier said than done.
I know, I’m an organizer for a 650 person unit. It takes time and energy, but it’s worth it.
