    It’s trans women, not transwomen. The difference is the noun. Trans woman is the same noun as woman, just with an adjective. Transwoman is a different noun than woman, which has the subtle psychological effect of implying they’re different things.

    And if you don’t think it matters, why are you compounding two different words in the first place? That’s not how we usually use words.
