That is not an example of liberals hating science - the study was not verified (nor was it all that relevant for personal safety) when Trump talked about it and tons of his followers touted it as a cure anyway. Someone as illiterate as Trump should not be speaking about fringe science or giving medical advice

Trump didn’t suggest anyone take ivermectin, but he did talk about it. I think Trump likes to talk too much and shouldn’t have even talked about the topic, but it’s a long stretch to say he was giving medical advice.

Trump didn’t give medical advice.
Biden did and gave wrong medical advice. He said if you get the vaccine you won’t die or catch Covid. That isn’t true then and it isn’t true now.
