Definitely random homeless guy who’s willing to pick up random body parts then decides to eat them. If he was already a cannibal then it makes plenty of sense. But someone who just picks up a human leg, and then while deciding what to do with it thinks “I think I’ll actually eat this”. The cannibal is fulfilling a deep desire, the random homeless guy is so dead inside that cannibalism seems like a valid option. He was only one step away from eating someone. He found a body part, if he found an entire corpse would he have eaten it? If he found someone weak and vulnerable would he be willing to kill them in order to eat them? We established he’s fine with the eating people part, so how far away was he from killing in order to do so? If he wasn’t already a cannibal and somehow went from everyday walking around to reaching conclusion to eat human flesh in a few hours, it doesn’t seem like a stretch that he could also kill for it on a whim as well.

I feel like your making a lot of assumptions or projecting here…

Instead of all of that, whose to say he wasn’t just hungry? It’s not his fault life handed him a leg. He probably was really hoping for a turkey sandwich, but he got a leg instead.

Hasn’t your mother ever told you that beggars can’t be choosers?

What? I never said anything that implied if he was already a cannibal that he wasn’t homeless. I don’t even know how you reached that conclusion. Homelessness was never the concerning factor in this discussion, it’s so basic it’s implied in all scenarios.

Yeah, sorry I don’t know why I said that. Guess I was just angry an article I read when I posted that. I’ll delete it lol
