You know, like “always split on 18,” or “having kids is the most rewarding thing you can do in life.”

What’s that one bit of advice you got from a trusted friend that you know deep, deep down would just ruin your thing?

I had a buddy who was a blackjack dealer. He explained it to newb players like this: “dude, you can do that, but if you had an 18” dick, would you cut it in half?"

Now, knowing /badwomensanatomy, that’s passe’, but it stuck with a younger me.

If the counts rich I’m splitting 20s, I’m playing to beat the house not play “perfect” strategy that’s calculated with no betting strategy.

If the counts that rich, id be betting table max already. Then splitting, hopefully 4 (or more) times.

…that would probably be my last hand played. It’s a pretty clear indication of a card counter. Like, it’s a giant flashing neon arrow pointed at you. Any rookie Hawkeye would be calling down to the pitboss.

Shit, if the counts rich enough I’ll double down in my blackjack on Spanish. 2-1 is better than 3-2, just saying. Playing Spanish no side bet is like loading up the prop and while only playing the pass line…people just don’t really dooo that.
