Settlement amounts are usually fixed at a certain point anyway, so you just end up getting less money when more people get the disbursement

That’s how all class actions work. Not like Walmart is being particularly evil just by following the norm. Settlement amounts are usually fixed at a certain point anyway, so you just end up getting less money when more people get the disbursement
