The “Buffalo Bike” isn’t a Surly; it’s apparently designed by an organization called “World Bicycle Relief.” OP’s third link specifically says: But you can’t buy a Buffalo Bike, or at least not for yourself. A $165 donation helps donate a bike to someone in need.
