A baby boy died in Houston on Tuesday after being left in a car amid a dangerous and unrelenting heat wave, police said.

    • Thanks for sharing. Hard read but very compelling.

I usually favor no charges in these cases. Heard a recent one though where mom and dad were all drugged up when they got home at 11:30 pm. At 10:30 am they realized they hadn’t heard from the baby at all and sent their other kid to check on baby. Kid says baby isn’t in the crib. Then they found baby dead in the hot car.

Out partying and drugged up and forget baby for nearly half a day? That warrants charges.

It was incredibly well written and researched, but I couldn’t finish it. I’m not even a father, but I wish to be in the future, and I just kept imagining how I would respond. It wouldn’t be good
