Well bad movies can be enjoyable but they definitely aren’t good. Games also need to be functional and not a buggy mess to be considered good.
I would agree that it’s definitely the weakest in the series. They stripped out the immersive sim parts and put in a grapple hook that really didn’t do much for the exploration.
If you enjoyed the game, it was good. If you didn’t, it wasn’t. That’s literally all that makes it either a good or bad game.
It was my least favorite only because the ruins/abandoned nature of 1 and 2 were what made the games so enjoyable for me.
