    Finally, the differences for personal import and a business importing were way to large. Hooray for safety!

    Germany, of all, clarified that all cars that are registered and individually approved after November 2024 have to fulfill the full set EU regulations. Previously, only the regulations of the respective member state had to be fulfilled. Those are mostly from the 60s to 80s and very lax.

    Good. Let’s treat them like HGV’s with special licences needed to drive, zero alcohol consumption allowed during operation, road taxes, same as HGV.
