I have a little confession I’d like to make… Rogan and Peterson helped radicalize me. (I’ve always been far left, but now I’m farer lefter) I used to listen to Rogan regularly around the 400 episode mark into the 1000, and he used to say a lot of things that made sense, and he’d have a lot of very interesting guests, but slightly before Peterson’s first appearance, I remember Joe getting really monotonous about specific topics. And I also remember him talk about all the leftist type stuff he agreed with, but then he’d have 10 far right racists on and one black guy who talked to KKK people and some how the 10-1 ratio was cool to him. And then he’d say stuff about how he doesn’t think people can lie for 3 hours straight when his interview style is literally ‘if you’re pro weed and eating meat, I’ll let you say anything about everything unchallenged’. Then Peterson has his first podcast, and I was left thinking… ‘Wow, this guys really smart for a complete fucking moron’. Anyways, there’s more to that, but in a weird way, I owe rogan and Peterson a debt of gratitude.
