I heard this story direct from Keiko’s hairdresser so it must be true.
It was tough to divert attention since everyone wanted to see the baby. Sisko, being a good sport (and himself not wanting to be buffered), gave out a stern “Doesn’t anybody work around here?”
O’Brien saw to it that The Sisko would be spared in the great purge to come.
