Over the course of nearly a decade, a man in the south of France is accused of recruiting strangers online to rape his wife after drugging her with anxiety medication. He and 50 co-defendants, including civil servants and firefighters, are to be judged in a trial beginning Monday in a court in Avignon and expected to last several months.

Fucking disgusting piece of shit, she only found out after police arrested him for spying on women in change rooms with a spy pen that has a camera. Once the searched their home were the photos of the multiple rapes on his wife discovered. He has been drugging her by mixing it in her food. Some of the 72 men, like ten of them have been doing this multiple times.

Throw the book at them, make an example out of each of them to send a message. One of the co accused even said along the lines of “she is his wife to do with as he please”.

Send them to the worst prisons, and for fuck sakes make sure this victim sues everything from all these fuckers so that she will be looked after and can recover and if possible heal from this horrible ordeal. I am not sure if it was a small favour that she does not remember those assaults.

Well at least one of them is going to get locked up under the jail.

One of the accused, a fireman, was shown wearing his uniform during the assault. Prosecutors say his computer contained 728 images of children being sexually abused

Just a disturbing, dark, and fucked up story from beginning to end

Hope all of them get ousted as the guys gang raping an unconscious 70 year old lady. I really feel the other prisoners would really like to share their feelings on the matter

Prison yard justice is just a flaw in a countries criminal justice system. I’d rather they receive an adequate punishment and become reformed than get murdered or raped in jail. Probably won’t happen but that’s how a prison should work in an ideal society and that’s what we should work towards.

You are right actually, reform is better, and as a society we should be able to use prison time to make offenders better members of society.

But as an individual, for personal reasons, I despise any sexual acts of violence, so my previous message was written in anger. Even though I know the right answer is compassion and reason, I still wish them harm, unfortunately.

But I know I have hate I have to work on, but this is less about me and what I wish. It is about this poor lady getting justice however the French courts decides
