My favourite dish, stuff in a pan lol
Just pan fried brussel sprouts, bell peppers, tomatoes, bean sprouts in margarine. I added salt and adobo peppers, garlic for seasoning. Also crunched up a bunch of dried seaweed and nutritional yeast at the end.

I’ve had Palmaria palmata, also called dulse/dillisk so was wondering, it’s very salty but nice and a good source of vitamins.
