So the candidate doesn’t support the issues I care about, on the handful of positions they’re semi-decent on they’re not willing to do what it takes vis a vis the courts and/or the filibuster in order to make them happen. What am I supposed to be voting based on? Vibes?

I pose this question all the time, and haven’t gotten an answer back yet.

We know that it’s either going to be Trump or Harris. If the Left sits out the election and Harris wins she’ll have zero reasons to listen to the Left. If the Left sits out the election and Trump wins the Left is looking at the possibility of mass arrests and worse.

Exactly how does sitting this election out help advance the Left?

Probably because your premise is a joke. Harris is literally running on Trump’s 2016 wall policy. There is no way to vote in the federal election that can do anything to advance the left. Leftists would be better off focusing on their local government elections and organizing in their communities.

Wasn’t Trump’s 2016 Wall Policy that Mexico would pay for it?

Where did Harris say Mexico would pay for the Wall?

              Thanks for proving my point.

You couldn’t come up with a single reason why it was good idea to sit out the election.

Also, back in the day, Ho Chi Minh knew all about America’s history of slavery and genocide. He also happily worked with the American OSS to get rid of the Japanese.
