The headline is pretty bad. Essentially Biden is saying he would have to ask Congress to come back for a special session in order to pass legislation for additional disaster funding, as they did not include it in their stop gap shut down bill.
He needs to know that the MAGA assholes who just almost just down the government would actually be willing to pass it.
And that stops him from asking how? And that stops him from issuing an executive order how? Don’t serve me that bullshit and call it sirloin.
