Out of this community.

I made it for the hell of it. A way for people who play games. Feel old. Do not have much time to play. May have too much time to play. Are looking for more co op or engaging games. Are looking for high quality engaging content. Are looking to recapture the excitement of waiting for the cassette tape to load. Are waiting for the game to download to then play. Are looking to scratch an itch gained in days past. Remember community and what it can mean. Want to build and think.

Thoughts?

I want to build a community that just understands each other and respects each other and wants to enjoy talking about things like it was the early internet.

Looking at above comments I may be an idealists. :)

What constitutes “old?” What’s the age range here?

I’m in my early thirties, I wouldn’t consider myself all that old especially in regards to video games, as I wasn’t alive in the late 80s when a lot of the heavy hitter came into the market.

But if I were to talk to a child about the Nintendo 64, they would think I’m a fossil.

You ARE a fossil! With your creeky bones, and your grey hairs. Don’t think we don’t see them! Everybody knows!

Me? Oh, I’m 41. I remember playing the original super mario bros as a kid in the mid 80s.

      What? I never said I wasn’t a dinosaur too! It’s just you’re cretaceous, and I’m Jurassic!

Seriously though…go get a colonoscopy. Men are getting colon cancer younger and younger these days. Ask me how I know.

Old is a generic term. I have met people in their 20s that would fit in the bucket. Mature may be a better term?
