I can’t speak for everyone, but I personally know a woman or two that enjoy this as a degradation kink because it takes the power put of being called a cow as an insult. I also know another woman that just thinks cow print is adorable.

I think you might want to examine a little more closely why you think cats and bunnies are sexy and cows aren’t. I’m not saying one should be, or shouldn’t be, I’m just asking you to think about the fact that it’s completely arbitrary either way.
Rabbits reproduce very quickly (they fuck a lot) that’s a sexual reference.
Female cats mate with multiple male cats while in heat. That’s also a sexual reference.
Humans have been using animals as references to sex for centuries.
Last I checked cows aren’t really sexualized unless it’s a bull. Excluding this trend of course.
