My arrow keys are damaged on my Early 2020 Mac-book Pro, it has like another week of Apple Care and I know Apple is gonna want to replace the top case, I am just wondering what the cost of the top case would be on top of the incident fee

Should be a $99 fee as long as that’s the only damage.
You can see on the website it says $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage. Should fall under that.

huh, I thought the keyboard, IE the entire top case would count as other, I guess not?
Typically, from my experience if it’s a single part that’s damaged it would be the $99 and if it’s more than one part damaged it would be $299. However, you have a pint. It may be considered “all other damage”, but my guess would be it falls under enclosure damage technically.
