TLDR: I say he should probably leave and join Lemmygrad and call him Tankie. He is upset, says he is not pro China just criticizing Germany’s Foreign Minister. The first thing I see on his Account is Chinese propaganda.

You could think these guys might be smart enough to know that people can see what they post. Maybe all the Propaganda is rotting their brain.

      Thanks, i got a personal dm from an admin worried that it could cause doxxing on a platform where people should feel safe to anonymously express their ideas.

        I will follow the Rules but I’d like to note that People post this publicly for everyone to see, so I don’t really understand the point in censoring their names.

        But nevertheless I will censor their Names in the Future. Is linking to the Post itself okay?

          Reddit experience has shown that drama and callout subs lead to brigading leading to further drama, even if the culture of the sub is against it there’ll be lurkers and people who stumble across it and take things too far.

          I have no reason to believe that it’d be any different on lemmy. Still won’t stop the dedicated but having just a couple of hoops in place (in particular: having to transcribe and then search for text snippets) makes a huge difference.
