Overnight oats
Smoothie
baked beans in the frying pan until hot (with or without cheese), crack in a couple eggs until cooked. Hot sauce/salt/pepper as desired.
Microwave sausage roll
Yogurt and dried cranberries, maybe some nuts
Leftovers…
Used to do overnight oats but my guts can’t do oats anymore
bananas and yoghurt
Coffee, banana, some peanuts.
Instant coffee on working days.
Sad I know.
Nah, my brekky is coffee. We in this together bro, instant coffee life yee
