The dispute was rejected. I then did an appeal and included a direct link to a pdf with my license. After the 7 day waiting period, there was no response, so the claim was removed.
Time to make and upload more videos.
I know now to include the license in the dispute. There was no place to upload a file, nor mention of showing your license.
I sorted it out, it seems. YouTube did try to have a Copyright claim on the video. I submitted a dispute since I paid for a license for the music.
I used the OpenShot Video Editor to put multiple clips in one video, add the overlays, and add the music. It was very easy to use, and it’s free and open source.
DuckDuckGo needs to get on this. It would attract users away from Google search.
I can’t join !fuckcars@lemmy.ca either. I can search and find !main@lemmy.ca however. I had trouble getting to !fuckcars@lemmy.world for over six hours today, and then it just worked.
I decided to include enough footage to last the whole song this time. I’ve found some other artists to use, but I can decide if I should stick with Burning Babylon until I run out of songs I think fit the video.
