  • Looks promising for small use-cases, but is it truly feasible?

Current brain stents are formed of titanium or a titanium-nickel alloy, which aren’t very electrically conductive (given my understanding). As such, can these conduct the current such a long way to the lower-body, as they show there? What about additional interference along the way? The signal from those 16 end-points is bound to be jumbled around by the time it reaches the receptor near the chest.

Nevertheless, quite interesting! We need some safer alternatives to Neuralink if we want to promote safety in this area.

  • Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2005 version) - That game would sell like hotcake if it came out again. All the recent NFS games seriously lack in story and police chases.

Witcher 1 - It might have been hinted that it’s in the works!

Prince of Persia - This series is due a remaster. It would be a shame to have it forgotten (get it? The Forgotten Sands? no? ok).

  • I wonder if this is also related to how humans have ruined some old forests’ flora and fauna with improper replantation. Not sure where I saw this, but another article was suggesting that the way we have artificially replanted has led to less biodiversity due to every tree growing at the same time (thus limiting light and “food” for other organisms).

Of course, this wouldn’t necessarily lead to a global change, but could be one of the pieces thst contribute to it. Even if we set up high-tech and efficient carbon farms, the planet will still struggle to maintain biodiversity…
