Not after the 1692 patch. Before that there was the “witchcraft” glitch, which made it possible for certain accounts to break the physics engine including using third party communication applications through which banned players were able to influence the game. After the patch, all affected accounts were forcefully deleted though. There have not been any reliable reports of working third party communications since.
