This seemed like hyperbole until I remembered that achieving ALL-NBA at 39yo is unheard of. Maybe in other major sports, but I don’t know that it’s ever been done before in the NBA.
I still have Wilt, Jordan and Kareem on my Mt. Rushmore, but it’s going to be damned hard to argue against LeBron as the hooved, horned animal when his career is done.
