You remind me of that rich kid who threw a temper tantrum and trashed the Mustang his parents got him because it wasn’t a Lambo.

Heard a kid yesterday yelling that he didn’t want vanilla!!

Kid got nothing. Somehow that was also unacceptable to him, and yet, it was all over.

People need to realize that if it weren’t for Covid Trump probably would have glided into a second term.

If it weren’t for Covid, people would’ve actually noticed how Trump’s tax handout to the rich and trade war with China were crashing the economy.

Remember, Trump was badgering the Fed to lower interest rates to 0% in 2019, before the pandemic even started.

That’s part of the problem. People are acting like kids. Not willing to think and not taking action to make things better.

People get the governments they deserve. You need to fight for better options.

People are adults and can vote. Please don’t belittle them to make yourself feel better about it.

Generations have been infantilized since millennials and kept out of decision making power. Fighting for it hasn’t gotten very far but people are absolutely doing it look at any of this protesting and conversation for that.

People don’t feel very well represented and are struggling, the same is true for the Right they just have a different perspective on how to fix it that is grounded in propaganda and undue belief.

I can buy my own ice cream these days but I still go home empty-handed if the grocery store doesn’t have the specific flavor that I want.

(Not a metaphor for the election, and anyway I live in a state where my vote doesn’t matter.)

If the DNC wants to win, they wouldn’t be going out of their way to force the nomination of a candidate that is expected to lose.

Shouldn’t be hard to prove then. Show your work.

                Sure, no problem:

                • (Link: AP News) Joe Biden is still in this race even though the vast majority of his constituents in the Democratic Party want him to step down.
                • (Link: The Hill) He is losing badly by every objectively verifiable metric that is available for evaluation.
                • (Link: Washington Post) The DNC is fine with this, and has privately telegraphed that they have already resigned to the fact that Donald Trump is going to win the election.

So… it’s essentially just the news circuit jerking itself off. No one knows until the votes are counted. Buying into media bullshit is for people that clearly weren’t paying attention the past several elections.

So you know, the news site you posts make serious bank from posting this bullshit. They make even more bank when people like you buy into it- and share it with everyone.

I just wanted you to post that nonsense so I could make a point of it.

We vote like polls don’t matter. Because they Don’t.

Keep on moving those goalposts. I’m sure Joe Biden will win if you can just manage to bury your head a little deeper in the sand!
