    There seems to be a big push and pull going on with the EU and China at the moment. It feels like a middle ground has been decided that they accept the need to continue relying on China as a central component of its supply chain, but wrangling to have as many goods as possible manufactured inside the union.

    It would be interesting to see the long term strategy here, if there is a comprehensive one.
