I wanna see instances federated with most instances now that in individuals can ban entire instances. I know theres still some instances you want completely blocked from the off tho.

Yes there’s a legality issue. If you run your server from home and someone on dbzero shares some links to illegal content, it will end up on your server too and it will be your problem when the cops come knocking.
That seems like a fair reason to block that particular instance.
Which instances have defederated dbzero? I wouldn’t say piracy links are a significant threat, the bigger issue is with illegal porn.
